1. What it is. A personal journal for writing and reflection, provided free for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Not a medical tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for professional advice or care. If difficulties persist or feel heavy, contact a qualified professional. In distress in Israel: ERAN 1201; emergency: 101 or 100.
3. Quoted and research content. Quotes, research references and summaries are for inspiration and general understanding only, are short, are freely translated or adapted, and may contain inaccuracies. They are not advice.
4. Your data is your responsibility. Data is stored only on your device. Deleting the app, a fault, loss or replacing a device may cause data loss. Save backups regularly.
5. No warranty. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including data loss, arising from use of the app. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Age. For adults (18+).
7. Intellectual property. The design, code and original text belong to the operator; do not copy or distribute them without permission. Open-source components and fonts are under their own licenses (see THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md). Content you write stays yours.
8. Changes. The app and these terms may be updated; continued use means acceptance.
9. Governing law. Israeli law applies, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ramat Gan, to the extent the law permits. Non-waivable consumer rights are preserved.
