מי אנחנו
VYRGOJOURNAL ("האפליקציה") היא יומן אישי, שמפעילה/מפתחת: VYRGOAPPS, ניתן ליצור קשר במייל: Vyrgoapps@gmail.com.
בקצרה
כל מה שאת כותבת, כולל תמונות, הרגלים והגדרות, נשמר רק במכשיר שלך. האפליקציה לא דורשת חשבון, לא מתחברת לאינטרנט כדי לשמור או לשלוח את התוכן שלך, ואין בה אנליטיקה, פרסומות, מעקב או שירותי צד שלישי שאוספים מידע. איננו מקבלים גישה לתוכן היומן שלך ואיננו מחזיקים עותק שלו.
איזה מידע נשמר, ואיפה
- תוכן היומן: רשומות בוקר וערב, תמונות שהוספת, מעקב הרגלים והגדרות מראה. הכול נשמר בקבצים בתוך אחסון האפליקציה במכשיר.
- נעילה: אם הפעלת נעילה, האפליקציה משתמשת באימות של המכשיר (Face ID, טביעת אצבע או קוד המכשיר). האימות מתבצע על ידי מערכת ההפעלה. האפליקציה מקבלת רק תשובה "הצליח" או "נכשל", ואינה ניגשת לנתונים ביומטריים ואינה שומרת אותם.
- מצלמה וגלריה: האפליקציה מבקשת גישה רק כשאת בוחרת להוסיף תמונה, ורק לתמונה שבחרת או צילמת. התמונה נשמרת בתוך האפליקציה במכשיר בלבד.
מה איננו אוספים
איננו אוספים שם, מייל, מיקום, מזהה פרסום, נתוני שימוש או נתוני קריסה, ואיננו מוכרים, משתפים או מעבירים מידע אישי לאף גורם.
הצפנה ואבטחה
האפליקציה שומרת את הקבצים בתיקייה הפרטית שלה במכשיר, שאפליקציות אחרות אינן יכולות לקרוא. מערכת ההפעלה מצפינה את האחסון כשהמכשיר נעול. האפליקציה אינה מוסיפה הצפנה משלה לקבצים, והנעילה באפליקציה היא נעילת מסך ולא הצפנה. מומלץ להגדיר נעילת מסך במכשיר, ולהפעיל גיבויים מוצפנים אם את מגבה את המכשיר למחשב.
גיבויים
- גיבוי יזום: אם תבחרי "שמירת גיבוי", האפליקציה תיצור קובץ ותפתח את תפריט השיתוף של המכשיר. את בוחרת לאן לשמור אותו. קובץ הגיבוי הוא טקסט רגיל ואינו מוצפן, ולכן כדאי לשמור אותו במקום פרטי.
- גיבוי המכשיר: גיבוי אוטומטי של המכשיר (למשל iCloud או Google) עשוי לכלול את נתוני האפליקציה, בהתאם להגדרות המכשיר שלך. זה כפוף למדיניות של Apple או Google ולא לשליטתנו.
- מחיקת האפליקציה מוחקת את הנתונים שלה מהמכשיר. לכן מומלץ לשמור גיבוי לפני מחיקה או מעבר למכשיר חדש.
קישורים חיצוניים
באפליקציה יש קישורים למקורות מחקר ולאתרים. קישור נפתח בדפדפן רק כשאת לוחצת עליו, ואז חלות מדיניות הפרטיות והעוגיות של האתר הנפתח, ולא מדיניות זו.
ילדים
האפליקציה מיועדת לבני 18 ומעלה, ואיננה מיועדת לקטינים. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מילדים (ממילא איננו אוספים מידע).
הזכויות שלך
מאחר שהמידע נמצא רק אצלך, אנחנו לא מחזיקים מידע עליך שאפשר לעיין בו, לתקן או למחוק. את שולטת בכל המידע: אפשר לערוך או למחוק רשומות בתוך האפליקציה, לייצא גיבוי ולמחוק את האפליקציה. נשמח לענות על כל שאלה בכתובת Vyrgoapps@gmail.com.
חוקים רלוונטיים
האפליקציה פועלת בהתאם לעקרונות חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981, ולעקרונות ה-GDPR לצורך משתמשים באיחוד האירופי. מאחר שאיננו אוספים או מעבדים מידע אישי בשרתים שלנו, החובות בעניין זה מצומצמות מאוד.
שינויים במדיניות
אם נוסיף יכולת שמשנה את האמור כאן, כמו חשבון, גיבוי בענן או אנליטיקה, נעדכן מדיניות זו ואת ההצהרות בחנות לפני שהשינוי ייכנס לתוקף.
הגבלה רפואית
האפליקציה היא כלי כתיבה והתבוננות. היא אינה כלי רפואי ואינה תחליף לייעוץ, אבחון או טיפול מקצועי. במצוקה, אפשר לפנות לער״ן בטלפון 1201 (24 שעות), ובמצב חירום למד״א 101 או למשטרה 100.

In short. Everything you write in VYRGOJOURNAL, including photos, habits and settings, is stored only on your device. The app has no accounts, does not connect to the internet to store or send your content, and contains no analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party data-collecting services. We cannot see your journal and we hold no copy of it.
Data on your device. Journal entries, photos you add, habit tracking and appearance settings are stored as files in the app's private storage.
Device lock. If you enable the lock, the app uses your device's authentication (Face ID, fingerprint or device passcode). The operating system performs the check; the app receives only success or failure and never accesses or stores biometric data.
Camera and photos. The app asks for access only when you choose to add a photo, and only to the photo you pick or take. It is stored inside the app on your device.
What we do not collect. No name, email, location, advertising identifier, usage data or crash data. We do not sell, share or transfer personal data.
Encryption and security. Files are kept in the app's private folder, which other apps cannot read, and the operating system encrypts storage while the device is locked. The app does not add its own encryption, and its lock is a screen lock, not file encryption. We recommend a device screen lock and encrypted device backups.
Backups. "Save backup" creates a plain-text file and opens the system share sheet; you choose where it goes. Automatic device backups (iCloud, Google) may include app data according to your device settings and the provider's policies. Deleting the app deletes its data from the device, so save a backup first.
External links. Links to research sources open in your browser only when you tap them; the website's own policies then apply.
Children. The app is intended for adults (18+).
Your rights. Because the data stays on your device, we hold no personal data about you to access, correct or delete. You control it in the app. Questions: Vyrgoapps@gmail.com.
Laws. The app is designed in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the principles of the GDPR for EU users. Since we do not collect or process personal data on our servers, obligations are very limited.
Changes. If we add a feature that changes this, such as accounts, cloud backup or analytics, we will update this policy and our store declarations before it takes effect.
